  2. Each guest who is not a member of CHC must complete the Waiver.

Prices are the current guest fee prices.  Additional fees may apply for large parties requiring additional staff.

    Please upload your guest list below and check off if they are members or non-members.  If they are a member we need their bond number.  The purpose of this is to give our manager an idea of how many staff we may need to bring in for everyones safety.  The reason for indicating member or non-member is because our members are not typically counted in determining the number of staff needed on a particular day.
