Join Cedar Hill Club

Membership is on a family basis and includes only the applicant, spouse and unmarried children who have not celebrated their 26th birthday before Memorial Day of that club year and whose permanent residence is the home of the applicant.

You will need to obtain the signatures of 3 current bond holders.  If you do not yet know anyone at Cedar Hill Club, please email the membership chair at [email protected].  A member of our membership committee will be happy to meet with you and provide you with sponsorship.   

2026 Fees

There are four (4) fees associated with membership in Cedar Hill Club:
  • $200 - A one-time non-refundable application fee
  • $850 - A one-time, refundable, membership bond, which the club holds for the life of your membership
  • $975 - An annual assessment
  • $175 - A refundable annual work-bond

Application

A non-refundable check for $200 must accompany the application. If the applicant is accepted by the Membership Committee, he/she will be invited to join the club or, if necessary, will be placed on a waiting list.

Membership Bond

When a vacancy exists and a prospective member is invited to join the club, he/she must purchase an $850 non-transferable, non-interest bearing bond within 20 days of the date of invitation. Failure to purchase the bond within the prescribed time will result in forfeiture of the applicant’s position on the waiting list. Once purchased, bonds are redeemable at face value when the member leaves the club providing ample notice is given as per the club’s by-laws.

Annual Dues & Work Bond

Each year, the Board of Trustees establishes an annual dues assessment fee and work bond fee which is payable by March 1st. The work-bond is refundable if the member provides five hours of service to the club. 

​Should a new member be invited to join the club after March 1st he/she will have 20 days to remit their dues.
