Membership News
In a continuing effort to keep printing costs down this
year we will no longer be issuing Guest Pass Booklets. Guest registration will be done at the front
office and kept on index cards. Each
member will be allowed 30 “passes” good for weekdays and Saturdays and 16
Sunday “passes”. Two passes will be
complimentary for all members. If you
fulfilled your work bond obligation, you will receive an additional 2 free
passes.

How do I get an application for my friends?
Simply write a letter to the membership committee nominating the
family for membership.
Recommendations should be via E-mail to
Membership@cedarhillclub.com .
If you send an E-mail, you will get back the electronic
copy of the Application. If you wish to receive a paper
copy of the membership application you must include a Self Addressed
Stamped Envelope (SASE) with you letter of recommendation to the Membership committee.
In your recommendation, please include the
names of the family members, ages of children, how long
you’ve known them, and why you believe they would make good members .
After review and approval of the membership
committee, you will receive the application for your friend.
You must then obtain two additional
sponsors to sign the application.

What do I do if I want to take a Leave of
Absence from the club? First, you must fill out the
back of your bond and mail it along with a brief letter to P.O. Box 5201, Somerset, NJ 08875-5201. You will be placed on the leave of
absence list, and refunded the face value of the bond. Upon returning to the club, you will be
placed at the top of the wait list to repurchase the first available bond.

How do I resign my membership?
You must fill out the back of your bond and mail it along

How long is the Wait List?
Currently there are about 50 families on the list.

How do I know where my friends are on the list? A
post card will be sent out in July notifying each member of their
position on the list. You can always request a current
status update by sending an E-mail to
